Preheat your oven to 400° F. Lightly dust a large pizza stone with cassava flour.
In a large mixing bowl, place the olive oil, sea salt, onion and garlic powder, and baking powder. Next add the tapioca flour, cassava flour, and coconut flour. Stir to combine.
Then add the eggs and warm water. Stir and knead with the spatula until the dough is shaped into a ball.
Press the dough into a circle on the pizza stone. Optional: Brush some additional olive oil over the crust. Top with your favorite pizza toppings.
Bake for 30-35 minutes. The crust should be lightly browned on the bottom.
Notes
This pizza crust can easily be made in a buttered 9x13 glass baking dish instead of on a pizza stone.
