Put the quick oats, flax seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds and the other optional ingredients in a 1 pint glass mason jar. If you are doing the basic cinnamon flavor, you can add the cinnamon to the mixture too. Cover with a lid and store in a cool, dry place until ready to use.
When you are ready to eat your oatmeal cup, boil some water. Add 2/3 cup of boiling water to the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
Stir in the honey if you are doing the basic cinnamon flavor. Let the oatmeal set for 3-4 minutes. Enjoy!
