Homemade Gluten-free Oatmeal Cups

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Gluten-free quick oats
  • 1 tsp. ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 T. organic coconut milk powder optional
  • 1 T. organic collegian optional
  • 2/3 cup boiling water

Basic Cinnamon Flavor

  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 T. raw honey

Instructions

  • Put the quick oats, flax seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds and the other optional ingredients in a 1 pint glass mason jar. If you are doing the basic cinnamon flavor, you can add the cinnamon to the mixture too. Cover with a lid and store in a cool, dry place until ready to use.
  • When you are ready to eat your oatmeal cup, boil some water. Add 2/3 cup of boiling water to the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Stir in the honey if you are doing the basic cinnamon flavor. Let the oatmeal set for 3-4 minutes. Enjoy!
