Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and 2 oz. of chocolate chips over low heat. Once melted, remove from the heat and stir in the coconut sugar.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flours, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Pour the chocolate mixture into the batter and stir until everything is combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips. Spread the brownie batter into the pie crust.
Bake for 18-20 minutes. The top should form a crust but still be gooey in the center. Let cool completely before serving.
