Bob's Red Mill gluten-free oats

pure maple syrup

baking soda

cream of tartar

ground flaxseed meal

organic coconut milk
or water

organic, pasture-raised eggs

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350° F. Lightly spread coconut oil into a 8x8" glass baking dish.
Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Gently stir together all of the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl, then add the wet ingredients. Stir until combined.
Spread in the glass baking dish. Bake for 28-30 minutes. The edges should be lightly browned.
Cut and serve or store in the fridge for later!
