Carrot Cake Oatmeal Cup

Ingredients

  • 1 batch of the oatmeal cup base
  • 1/2 cup organic shredded carrots
  • 1 T. organic shredded coconut
  • 1 T. maple sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a glass mason jar and cover with a lid. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
  • To prepare, boil some water and add 2/3 cup to the mason jar. Stir to combine and then allow the oatmeal to set, covered, for 3-4 minutes.
