Blueberry Cardamon Oatmeal Cup

Ingredients

  • 1 batch of the oatmeal cup base
  • 1/4 cup organic blueberries fresh, frozen, dried, or freeze-dried
  • 1 T. raw honey
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cardamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add the cardamon and cinnamon to the oatmeal cup base. If you are using dried or freeze-dried blueberries you can add those to the oatmeal cup base too. Cover and store in the pantry.
  • To prepare, add 2/3 cup of boiling water to the oatmeal cup base. Stir in the honey and allow the oatmeal to set for 3-4 minutes. If you are using fresh or frozen blueberries, add those to the oatmeal and enjoy!
