Banana Split Oatmeal Cup

Ingredients

  • 1 batch of the oatmeal cup base
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 T. raw honey
  • 1 T. Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free granola

Instructions

  • Make up the oatmeal cup base and store it in the pantry.
  • To prepare, add 2/3 cup of boiling water to the oatmeal cup base. Stir in the honey and allow the oatmeal to set for 3-4 minutes. Top with the banana, chocolate chips, and granola!
