Making this pear pie was fun and easy! Washing, peeling, coring, and slicing the pears didn’t take me as long as I thought it would. I actually think that processing pears is faster and easier than say processing apples or peaches. I was skeptical about how the texture would turn out, but it ended up being very soft, smooth and delicious. Another thing that I love about this grain-free pear pie is that the pears contain some great health benefits! I never knew that pears were so good for you!
