In a large crockpot or slow cooker, place the bone broth and cooked chicken.
Chop the carrots, onion, and celery into desired sizes. You can hand chop them or put them through a food processor for finely chopped veggies. Add the veggies to the crockpot.
Add the crushed garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine everything.
If you are adding a potatoe, wash the potato and dice it into desired size chunks. Add it to the soup.
Set the slow cooker or crockpot on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 hours.
About 10-20 minutes prior to serving the soup, add the Banza spaghetti to the soup. Let the soup simmer for 10-20 minutes.
Serve warm with a homemade baked good! Leftovers can be stored in the fridge or frozen.
