Chocolate Pretzel Peanut Bark

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed Quinn pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup Feridies salted peanuts

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips over low heat. Stir until the chocolate is smooth.
  • Spread the chocolate thinly over the parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle on the crushed pretzels and peanuts.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer to allow the chocolate to harden. This usually takes about 15-20 minutes.
  • Once the chocolate is hardened, break the bark into pieces. The bark can be stored at room temperature or in the fridge.
