Ingredients

  • 5 oz. Chatfield's white chocolate chips
  • 1 bag Quinn rye pretzels
  • 1/4 cup Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour out the bag of pretzels on to a plate and sort out the whole ones to use.
  • Place the white chocolate chips in a small saucepan. Melt over low heat. You will have to wait a few minutes before stirring the white chocolate chips to allow them to soften first. The white chocolate will seem thick and little pasty, that's okay.
  • One at a time, coat each pretzel with white chocolate. I found that a butter knife worked great for spreading the white chocolate on the pretzels.
  • Place the coated pretzels on the parchment paper. Once they have all been coated, place the tray in the freezer to allow the chocolate to harden.
  • Once the white chocolate has hardened, you can remove the tray from the freezer. In a small saucepan, melt the Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips over low heat, stirring until the chocolate is smooth.
  • Snip a small hole in the corner of a sturdy plastic bag. Pour the melted chocolate in to the bag. Gently squeeze the bag while going back and forth across the pretzels to get the chocolate to create stripes across the pretzels.
  • Return the tray back to the freezer to let the chocolate harden. Once everything is hardened, you can store the pretzels at room temperature or in the fridge.
