3 1/2cupsBob's Red Mill gluten free whole rolled oats
1/2 cuporganic sunflower seeds
2/3cuporganic butter, melted
1/4cuporganic coconut sugar
1/4cuppure maple syrup
1large ripe banana, mashed
1tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/2cuporganic finely shredded coconut
1/4cuporganic ground flax seeds
2organic, free-range eggs
3/4cupEnjoy Life semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
1/4cupunsweetend coconut milk
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degree F. Lightly butter a 9x13" glass baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine your melted butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup and mashed banana. Add your egg and vanilla extract and stir until combined.
Next add your whole oats, sunflower seeds, shredded coconut, and flax seeds. Stir until combined and then add your chocolate chips. Stir in the chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed. Add the coconut milk and stir until combined.
Spread into the 9x13 glass baking pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool and cut into bars!
