Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cassava flour, arrowroot flour, flax seed meal, coconut flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and sea salt.
Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the coconut oil, eggs, and maple syrup to the dry ingredients. Gently stir the ingredients together.
Add the warm water one tablespoon at a time and stir until the dough can be formed into a ball. Knead the dough a few times with your hands.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Shape them into rolls and flatten them slightly. Using a sharp knife, make an x on the top of each roll.
Bake them for 10-15 minutes. The bottoms' of the rolls should be lightly browned. Allow them to cool completely before storing them in an airtight container or freezing them.
