Last weekend I had fun setting up Easter photo shoots. Along with my Easter baking and crafting I enjoyed staging Easter photos.
This was my latest Easter craft: an Easter fabric bowl.
Egg production has been doing great for the past few weeks. At one point I had over 3 dozen eggs in my fridge at one time! A record!
The snow storm really put a twist into my Easter photography!
Now for the best part, Easter baking!
For those of you who are wondering what is in the basket, there are (front to back) peanut butter chocolate chip oatmeal cookies, chocolate mint cookies, lemon poppy seed cookies, peanut butter cookies dipped in chocolate, and no-bake chocolate oatmeal bars.
Forget the plastic eggs! Boiled eggs are cuter!
One of my favorite desserts! Dairy free peanut butter pie!
Another fun baking experiment: mini crackers! I made these using a Chebe baking mix. I rolled out the dough with a rolling pin and cut out tiny circles using a small honey bear lid.
Then Anna used a cake tester and poked holes in each tiny circle. I then baked them for 15-20 minutes until they got crunchy. Originally they were supposed to be flat so that I could put peanut butter between them. Instead, some of them puffed up like a balloon! They were still delicious dipped in peanut butter!
Last but not least, the Easter candy!
Have a great weekend!
