Artisanal Bread Rolls

Hello everyone! This week I am going to share with you some delicious artisanal bread rolls. I made these rolls last week to go with my curry chicken, cauliflower rice and sweet potato dish. (If you missed that post click here to read it!) You will definitely be making these easy rolls over and over.  At least I know I have!

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees Fahrenheit. In a mixing bowl combine the dry ingredients, flour, flax meal, and coconut sugar. Using a smaller dish or mug put the yeast, maple syrup and warm water in it, and stir gently. Place the dish or mug in the oven for 8 minutes. Meanwhile add the eggs, and coconut oil to the dry ingredients and mix. Next add the yeast mixture, mix well. Dough should form a ball in the dish without to much crumbling. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Divide the dough into eight, even-sized rolls. Using a sharp knife cut the top of the rolls cross-wise. Cover rolls and let set for 50 minutes. After they rise, preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes.
