It will give you a good idea on where to buy the product and, hopefully, how you can incorporate it into your daily baking!

Anthony's Cassava Flour- Product Review

If you are looking for a gluten and grain-free alternative for your baking, look no further. Cassava flour is the perfect substitute for wheat, spelt and corn flours. I personally use Anthony’s Cassava flour a lot mixed with coconut and tapioca flours. You might prefer to use it by itself or combined with other flours. Before cassava flour I had previously been using coconut and tapioca in my grain-free baking. With the introduction of cassava flour my baking has really been expanded and it is now a staple in my kitchen. I hope it becomes one in yours too!

I like using Anthony’s Cassava flour for baking breads, rolls and cookies. The flour has great texture and adds subsistence to your baked goods. You can also use it as a substitute for thickeners in soups and other dishes. You can buy Anthony’s Cassava flour through Amazon and other health food sites. I prefer purchasing mine from Amazon, which you can find by clicking here.

A few positives I like about Anthony’s cassava flour is that it is positively certified gluten-free, no worry there! Anthony’s cassava root is grown and processed in Brazil, and carefully packaged in California. The cassava root and flour has absolutely no GMO or additives added. Their packaging is also worth a mention for good reason, they are re-sealable! A big plus there. 🙂 I have never had a problem with the flour losing freshness and it also eliminates the use of clips or tape for keeping the bag shut.

Below I have listed several recipe links I have used Anthony’s Cassava flour in. You can find many more recipes on our blog that use cassava flour as well.

Thanks for reading this product review! I really encourage you to try it out and see the wonders of cassava flour work in your own recipes. You can buy some here. I like buying mine from Amazon, they have a pretty good price of $12.99 and it is eligible for free shipping. I hope you enjoy using it as much as I do! 🙂
